Hello, I was there yesterday on 8/23/16. My appointment was for my 2nd round of the Sclerotherapy. While
having this round done, I seemed to have the young lady that takes you back to the room, whom gives the Doctors what they need while doing this procedure. One new Doctor and a assistant. Dr. Vivik gave me one shot, then he left. The Moral of this is Dr. Vivik left while I was being over seen by these other physicians and Fealt VERY uncomfortable without him being in there !!!! After it was done, they just walked completely out without saying anything . I forgot her name. She was the young lady who took me back at the beginning , she said my legs didn't need wrapping . Because last time ( 1st ) they wrapped both of my legs from top to my ankles. Remember Where's Dr. Vivik, well I can certainly say I NEVER SEEN HIM AGAIN!!! Dr. Vivik is a great Doctor, I have been seeing him for years. I ask of him ( Dr. V ) please show more Social Skills & watch over your
Medical Team and please try to tend with the Patient.

He didn't seem interested in what I had to say. I had a small lump on the side of my leg and I was very concerned about it. I had to convince him to do an ultrasound because at times it was uncomfortable. One of his staff did but she was very quiet and barely said one word to me she did even explain what she saw. I don't think she knew what she was doing because once I started asking her questions she couldn't respond; she had to go grab the doctor. His ultimate response was if it gets to the size of a golf ball come back. I will never return to this place!

We've book an appointment at 3:30 PM on Fri. A representative from the office called us and asked to be 30 minutes earlier explaining that this is the first time visit for us and they will need more time to service us. We came around 3:00 PM and had to sign a lot of forms as a first time visitor, however we filled similar forms online at Zocdoc site already. The representative said that this is needed because Zocdoc forms are not compatible with their forms (I did not find a big difference however). After filling all the forms we had to wait additional 20 minutes until were invited to visit the doctor. Starting from this point everything was just great, i.e. we received very professional service, got clear answers to our questions and explanations of actions being done and next steps. Overall we spent about half an hour inside (excluding waiting time and including all the required procedures), 5 minutes of this personally with the doctor. After all the visit left positive impressions, so I can recommend this doctor to others.
