Dr. Jalal was extremely unprofessional when discussing mental health and made me feel uncomfortable for even bringing it up. I would highly encourage Dr. Jalal to leave her stigmas and biases regarding mental health at home. When trying to schedule a follow-up visit I had to call 6 times and each time was told that my message was "marked highly urgent" however I NEVER heard back from anyone in the office. Once I was able to finally schedule an appointment, I was made to wait in the lobby for more than an hour (despite being early) before being informed that they were unable to confirm my insurance even though nothing was wrong with it during my first visit. Overall terrible experience.

Seeing Dr. Jalal is always a treat. She genuinely cares about her patients and is the BEST pediatric doctor I’ve ever met. She takes her time and truly makes it feel like you are the only patient there. She is delightful and will always be our PCP.

Omg! This wonder is Heaven sent! She is such a compassionate, knowledgeable, sweet human being. She did not rush to get to the next patient. We’ve all had doctors that evaluated us, said they’re be right back with shots and waited like 20 minutes, until it was convenient for the Dr to come back. NOT DR. JALAL. She said, “I’ll be right back” (for a minor procedure on my daughter), walked out of the room and walked right back in. She didn’t throw her work off on the nurses and really showed that she isn’t just a Doctor but a caring human. I will never take my kids anywhere else. Thank you Dr. JALAL.
