Though the wait time is long, it is worth it for Dr. Mashensky. She genuinely cares and takes time to listen to all of your concerns. She is determined to help you get better, regardless of the problem. The best doctor I've ever had.

Odd. People kept coming into the exam room without knocking to talk to the doctor during the exam, including when I wasn't fully clothed. Doctor also prescribed medication unbidden for a cosmetic issue I hadn't mentioned or asked about at all.

Given that I was a new patient, I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment. I had completed new patient paperwork online, but wasn't sure if they had additional forms I'd need to sign in person. People that had arrived after me were taken to exam rooms before me time and time again. After sitting in the waiting room for over an hour and asking the receptionist for an estimate on how behind the doctor was (to which she replied "15 minutes" every time), I was finally shown to a room. About 15 minutes later, Dr M came in and asked why I was there, then proceeded to take my blood pressure. She then left the room mid sentence and then disappeared for 20 minutes! Increasingly annoyed, I went to the receptionist to inquire about where she went. 10 minutes later, a different doctor came in to finish my appointment. She was very nice and apologized for the craziness as they were very busy. Over 2.5 hours later, I finally completed my appointment to get seasonal allergy medicine.

Larisa and doctors are great. Wait is a little bit long, which is fine because it is end of year. But the receptionists could follow-up with patients once in twenty minutes or half hour and tell us we are next or how much longer do we wait. Otherwise, everything is perfect, I like Lairssa a lot! Very grateful.

Stuff is very friendly. Wait time is less then 15 ( but maybe because i was at lunch tome) doctor seems to be good. She spent as much time with me as it was required. Hard to say about professionalism. It was first appointment and i had to do blood tests and other. We will see after results came back. But first impression is good

Have had an ongoing problem for 5 weeks AND needed a new PCP. I found Dr Mashensky and was able to see her, .and she has become my new PCP. I described my situation, and the list of tests I already had gone through. She quickly contacted the other Doctors/Labs and received my records and she offered up probable causes that no one else had seen. Getting a further test tomorrow to confirm. Very thorough and patient. Her staff are a delight too. Feeling wonderful tonight!

The doctor is great, and they finally replaced those rude receptionists that were there before, so everybody is polite, professional and smiling. Only wish the wait time was shorter.

Only waited about 10 minutes. Dr. Mashensky was very knowledgeable and took her time listening to me. She even referred me to a sleep specialist who happened to be in the office that day.

Dr. Mashensky was empathetic, gentle, yet thorough in her exam when I was in awful pain. She squeezed me in for a same day appointment very late in the day. She was efficient without making me feel rushed, which is a difficult balance to strike. Super smart, practical, and addressed my issue comprehensively, explaining everything in detail and answering all my questions. She even helped me figure out how to get an X-ray in my own neighborhood even though it's not near her office. What a lifesaver. Thank you so much doctor Mashensky! Could not recommend more highly.

I like Dr. Mashensky. She seemed thoughtful and patient. However, I wish her office had an online portal to communicate or even email, or text messaging would make it easier than phone calls.

The ZocDoc appointment confirmed 10am, but then the secretary claimed the doctor doesn't see patients before 11am. So I sat there for an hour waiting.

Dr. Mashensky is a terrific doctor and a very nice person. Unfortunately, her office is a mess. You will wait a long, long time in the office. No one will explain to you why you are waiting and no one will apologize to you for the long wait.

She was OK the first time I met her. A bit flat in affect but no biggie. However, my husband, who is extremely anxious about MD, and made appts. for ourselves on the same day after one another. We waited over 2 hours and she was still 'on her way'. Not acceptable.

This was an odd experience. I was moved around the office to three different waiting rooms and waiting in each for at least 20 minutes each. At one point, a person that I assume is a nurse (she was wearing jeans) came in to prepare a saline solution for me and made me turn around... wanted to leave right then and there but my ear pain kept me there. The patient rooms are cluttered and dirty. There were urine samples hanging out in one and blood samples in another. Client records and paperwork were out in the open in every room. When I went to check out the front desk lady asked if I was there for a green card. Skip this place, it's truly the strangest experience I've ever had.

Love Dr. Mashensky, she actually listens to you and believes what you tell her. Great office hours, all the staff is nice. Only thing I hate is that no matter what time or day of the week I go, it's a long wait.

Dr. Mashensky was rather invalidating and a poor listener. I felt antagonized and belittled despite coming in with a very short list of issues and giving a very succinct, organized history (including a printed copy of my medical history). She was thorough in her exam and ultimately referred me to a specialist who has helped me more, but not without ordering tests we did not discuss (including one whose false-positive result lead to an expensive battery of secondary tests).
