Dr Panossian seems like he's in a hurry, but he's really not! He was always ready to answer my questions fully, and reassure me the broken bone in my shoulder would actually heal!

The provider I booked with was quick and efficient although I do wish he had spent a little bit more time going over I was with him for about 10 minutes or less but he diagnosed me quickly and gave me a solution. The office however I originally scheduled for 1 pm they changed it to 2 pm I arrived 7 minutes late my fault I went to the wrong building checked in and was not seen until 3:15 there was no communication no updates and I understand people will get called at different times because it is not just one doctor at the facility but someone came in 30 minutes after me checked in for the same doctor I saw and was seen before me. I feel they could have been more communicative and caring to have at least let me know what was going on. The staff was rude at the desk but everyone else that I talked to in the back was kind and helpful.

I wanted a second opinion not driven by insurance protocols. Dr. Panosian is THAT GUY. He did not waste my time by sugar-coating my diagnosis. He got the ball rolling on a surgery that should have happened months ago. THANK YOU!

EXTREMELY rushed. Waited about an hour just for the doctor to come in and say to his assistant in front of me "she's going to need surgery." Didn't explain anything at all. Saw him for at most two minutes. He then left the room and had his assistant try to schedule an appointment for the surgery. Why would I let someone that rushed cut me open?

Had the most rushed appointment ever. Doctor Panossian came in, talked a mile a minute, didn’t take time to explain anything. Told me to Google it when I asked if he maybe had a visual to show me what is going on with my arm. Worse than that, he didn’t call me by name but called me Baby Doll multiple times. How unprofessional.

Very, very brief. All that happened was I was referred somewhere else to have some nerve tests done. Then I need another appointment to get a diagnosis. This took about 5 minutes.

Great facilities and very nice doctor. Quick talk and said all the right things. Had the staff take a quick X-ray just before I saw him and he could see right away that I needed an MRI. Had the staff schedule an MRI for early next week and a follow up with him for next Friday. Now that is the turn around that I was hoping for. Not the weeks that it usually takes when you see a doctor. Thanks ZOCDOC.
