I was a little nervous about seeing a new doctor because my doctor is no longer with the facility, however, all of my concerns went away after my visit with Dr. Bhalani. I felt so loved and welcomed at this doctors office. I was a new patient so my wait time was less than 15 minutes. The clerk was very sweet and welcomed me in with open arms! Dr. Bhalani was very personable and thorough. She met with me prior to the exam and asked questions to ensure she had a solid understanding of my issues and concerns as well as my health history.
She took the time during the exam to let me know what she was doing each step, which I appreciated.
Following the exam, she met with me again to explain the path forward.
Dr. Bhalani has a warm and welcoming personality and also has a sense of humor. She's very encouraging and makes suggestions that fit the patient's needs.

She was very Professional, and the process was very comfortable. When she did my Pap it didn't hurt it wasn't uncomfortable, and she was very straight forward. One of the reasons for my visit was my husband and I are thinking of trying to get pregnant this year. She thoroughly answered all my questions and gave me ample advice as well as encouraged me for the upcoming pregnancy and gave me options that we would consider should they come.

Dr. Bhalani is absolutely excellent at what she does. I've been in Houston for 2 yrs. and always had a physician I trusted back home. This would be my second visit to the Plaza OBGYN and it was excellent -once again. I was seen by a different doctor last visit and the visit was still excellent. The nurse during your visit is the 1st person you speak with when visiting, and every nurse was insightful, polite, and fast. Absolutely loved it.

This was my first time going to a Gynecology Consultation and didn't know what to expect. I was extremely nervous and brought my now husband along for support. Dr. Bhalani and her assistant were inviting, easy-going, and very professional. Worked with me to make me feel as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. After the examination Dr. Bhalani spent time thoroughly explaining everything I needed to know about my consultation. Really appreciated her taking the time to sketch out diagrams as visual aids. Will definitely my getting my check-ups from Dr. Bhalani.

Point blank I will never see another OBGYN...she is the smartest most relatable easy to talk to doctor, expert of any field I have ever interacted with.
