I honestly have never had a more uncomfortable session in the mental health field. Bedside manner was awful and she was a bit difficult to understand at times. No warmth and felt like I was being judged and tested. She also refused to give me a 90 day refill of a prescription I had for years. She said I had to see her again to get another 30 days. Mind you I am self pay! I also had to fill out all these forms with Headway when I booked her through zocdoc and when I filled them out she didnt seem to have read them as she asked me the same questions on the call. DO NOT Recommend!

I wanted help adjusting my insomnia medication and came across Lucent Mindscape. Valentina is an excellent provider who really listened to my concerns, offered several treatment options, and clearly explained the pros and cons of each. She involved me fully in choosing the right medication plan for my needs. Valentina is also very personable and easy to talk to!
