As a mom and a pediatrician I have learnt to understand parent's concerns and also be able to give practical advice for simple day to day concerns. I like to give time to my patients to ask all their questions and answer them with dedication.
I believe in preventive care and keeping patients healthy to prevent sickness, when possible. I have a specialty clinic to educate my patients and their families how to live a healthy life.
I work with a great staff and very caring nurses who will try to make vaccines the least scary possible. We also have a lab that will draw blood in the same room. We are available 24/7 and sick appointments are always available for the same day.

Staff was professional and helpful. Dr. Valerie Hines was open to address any concerns/questions I had. I did not feel rushed during the appointment, which is a problem I've had with other physicians.
The 3 Nurses I saw were also professional, and made the appointment quick and easy.
