Took more than 2 hours of wait, despite the appointment. Never got my blood work/test results back. Called the doctor's office 4 times and never heard back from the Doctor again. It's been almost 2 months since my visit and I STILL haven't received the lab work. Would never, ever go back here again.

Dr. Phillips was warm, very friendly, professional and addressed all of my concerns. It was my first visit and she, the nurse and the receptionist all made me feel welcome. Dr. Phillips will be my new Primary care physician.

The wait time was unbearable. I waited 1.5 hours before I was seen. Dr. Phillips and her team are incredibly professional and kind but I was definitely turned off by the wait time. The office is pretty outdated. I was told my results to my labs would be coming in the mail...however Dr. Phillips was wonderful. I didn't feel rushed and she took time to get to know me.
