I went to get my shoulder pain checked out. The doctor ordered x ray for the shoulder but somehow made a mistake on the paperwork to get chest x ray. Paid copay for the wrong x ray, and ended up asked to pay more for the original shoulder x ray. Cant get something that simple right, I would feel apprehensive to get advise on something more life threatening.
Had a great annual physical with Dr. Pham. I was able to get seen quickly, barely finished the paperwork and was already called in. Everyone was professional and nice. The office was very modern and clean!

The front office staff could care less about the patients. Waited 60 mins to be seen by a doctor who chalked everything up to the weather. Didn't check for infection or run any tests. This office seemed to deal with work related injuries and we're completely bothered by my illness.
