Hello there, I am looking forward to working with you. I understand that most clients have struggled to find treatment due to lack of access, reluctance to seek help, and stigma. To combat these issues, I create a safe space where you can feel comfortable and supported.
I work with clients ages 18 to 65 and provide medication management for anxiety, depression, PTSD, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and insomnia. During appointments, you can expect warmth, compassion, open-mindedness, and validation as you explore your history, life experiences, fears, barriers to treatment, and goals.
I hold a Master's in Nursing from Columbia University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide comprehensive and empathetic care.
