Dr. Movsesyan is fantastic. I wouldn't want any other doctor. However, the zocdoc system has not been great. Dr.'s office staff could not see that I had rescheduled, and I was rescheduled a third time before getting an appointment that was correct to both parties. Also, calling the office line to get in touch with someone to discuss any issues was very problematic. When my lab order was not received by Quest, I called for 8 straight days with no response - then was called on the day of my cancelled appointment - and then was able to get things straightened out.

Doctors are friendly but staff does not call with results. Im switching Dotors. Tired of going to the Dr for help and not getting any of my results from my tests.

Dr's are friendly. Staff is very rude and does not give you the paperwork the Dr ordered during your appointment. Do not call you with test results til a month after they receive them. I know this because my prescription was called in but I NEVER was. Have another test that I was told they had the results for but no one has called. They also do not like giving you your medical records. I have sent multiple ones in the past 30 days and have not received anything. It is YOUR RIGHT to receive to YOUR MEDICAL RECORDS.

Well this Dr is a good doctor. But the office is very low. I have not been given my paperwork when leaving my appointment. I have updated my mailing address multiple times, and it takes a month to get an appointment. The Dr is very nice and does take the time to talk with you and listen to you. But the wait time is ridiculous. If you have something that is serious or need to be soon in a timely fashion, unfortunately I wouldnt recommend coming here. If you need to see a doctor and are not on a time constraint, then I would recommend coming. But the only other bad thing about this place, is you never know what doctor you are actually going to see. I have seen 2 other Dr's in this office and both were very friendly. But front office staff is rude.

I went in for an annual physical. I was in and out in less than one hour. I love that Dr. Mo gives the lab work order ahead of the appointment so that we can go over the results at the appointment.

I met the most amazing staff! I was elk taken care of & Dr. Balance really helped me find solutions. I got everything I needed. She explained everything. Printed out guides and directions to places I needed to go to get lab work & how to find other specialists. She was knowledgeable of my insurance. I don't know what I would have done if I hadn't found them!

I have been searching for a doctor like Dr. Movesesyan since I moved to AZ 21 years ago!
He answered questions I've had for years regarding my health and many of the questions were answered without my even having to ask.
He also has gone over each blood test result one by one, giving me the time to know more about my health and how to be pro-active in staying healthy.
