Dr. Anna was very pleasant with me during my office visit. I was unaware that she was leaving the practice, so I was a little frustrated that I had to wait over one hour to see her when my interaction with her was about four minutes long, and that brief interaction entailed her referring me to another Physician. Dr. Anna seemed very professional in my short interaction with her though!

She is wonderful as is her nurse. But the last at the desk...she never acknowledged that she knew I was there. When leaving I wanted to know if I should pay my copay. She acted like it was a waste of time to answer my question.
