Dr. always listen with full attention even after 12 yrs. of his care Dr. was kind enough to take me as a patient when I went in hospital for a few weeks with pneumonia answering that I had COPD and chronic osto and rheumatoid arthritis. Also how poor treatment I was getting at the neighborhood clinic. Over the yrs. he's saved my life a few times after he took me on as his patient. And great doctors for my lungs, heart, arthritis, surgeons. My rare cancer (spindle cell sarcoma) blood clogs in both lungs. A very good doctor that's always been by my side and doing and giving the best care possible. I trust him.

Dr. Prabaker has practiced in San Diego since 1987 and currently holds a position on the Board of Directors for San Diego County Medical Society. The motto in his practice is “Care, Compassion, and Competency”. In other words, he is aware of the importance of listening to and recognizing your health concerns, and he takes care in treating the “entire patient” with aggressive preventative care as well as managing current health conditions through heart tests, bone-density tests, lipids testing, diabetes counseling, a wellness clinic for weight reduction, and much more. Dr. Prabaker trained at the prestigious Johns Hopkins University in Maryland to further his education in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. He was the Assistant Director of the Internal Medicine Residency Program at Case Western Hospital in Cleveland. His expertise training quality clinicians lent to his appointment as Director of Internal Medicine for the Family Practice Residency Program at Grossmont Hospital, which he held for 6 years. During that time, he was also Assistant Professor at Stanford Medical Department. Dr. Prabaker is currently is a member of the California Medical Society and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.

Had some intern examine me first, didn't order any blood tests, wrote me a prescription for medication without any conclusive evidence that I needed any (I don't take any meds). Spent most of the time telling me about his glory days. What a whackjob!!! I've never said something like this about any medical practitioner. Felt like I was in some 3rd world country!
