Veronica FNP was literally the best nurse practitioner or over all health care provider I’ve seen! If you have any questions she incredibly knowledgeable and as someone who has had bad experiences in the past with women’s care and sexual trauma, I wouldn’t not recommend a place unless I truly would go myself. This place has been the best place I’ve ever been to and never been provided with so much kindness and help!! Would recommend to anyone.

I arrived 20 min early, and there was no other patient there. It still took 45 min to be seen. She was not the type of doctor I was looking for on Zocdoc. She was very nice and seemed capable.

Veronica was very friendly. She saw me quickly and explained the entire process of a Pap smear to me and was very kind and polite about the situation. She made sure that I was comfortable the entire time as well as wanted to follow up with me afterwards and make sure that I was also in contact with a primary care physician in case I needed to send my results there. She is also going to be my PCP so I’m excited to continue to have her as my doctor I would recommend her to anyone who is new to the Pap smear process or is looking for a new primary care physician in Nashville/Murfreesboro area?

Usually, I don’t care to rate/write reviews- but this one is worth it. Veronica was truly a great FNP and the assistant was nice too. Especially patient with my anxiety, extremely informative throughout the process, made the experience as comfortable as it could be, and could tell she cared.

She really prioritizes and values women’s health which is incredibly important! She offered to walk me through what a Pap smear would be like and show me all of the tools that are used during the procedure, and told me that we could schedule that for a future date or do one day of as I was due for one, but that there was no pressure. She listened to my concerns and gave me a referral for an additional ultrasound on my breast tissue following an exam even though it was not necessary but simply for peace of mind which I really appreciated. She did not make me feel like I was being over dramatic for my concerns, but was totally understanding! Im very grateful that my anxious feelings were not dismissed!

Veronica Bernaba exceeded my expectations. Finding a good women's health physician as a young woman is a daunting task. She made me feel comfortable and thoroughly explained her process and reasoning behind every action. I would strongly recommend seeing her.

Might be strange to say but best PAP I’ve ever had. The least pain I’ve ever had after doing one of these (this was my third one for reference) I left the office with such minimal pain I just can’t express how grateful I am to the kind staff and the knowledge they provided me. Previous PAPs would take me out for days but I actually could be a human when I left this office’s care. Cannot recommend them enough.
