They thought i was going to leave without paying and i was just going downstairs to get other results from the previous clinic I had visit, i definitely disliked that they even chase me to the elevator. Also i felt like the doctor didn't give me a good result for what i had i am now looking for other specialist.

Loved it. She is a good listener and communicator. Even before the appointment date the nurse called to ascertain the exact reason for the visit so I would be properly addressed. I really liked being called in advance and issues discussed. That meant no time wasted when the doctor came into the room and I felt that I was being treated like a patient should be and not just ushered in and out like cattle.
