Appointment began within 10 minutes of appointment time. Dr. Chavira explains everything he is going to do prior to doing it. I’m learning how the muscles are tied in to one another and how to get the best results from my at-home stretches. He’s knowledgeable, gentle-not-aggressive with treatment, and professional. I am extremely pleased with my chiropractic treatments.

Dr. Chavira received his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training Education degree from New Mexico State University. His desire to improve patients’ quality of life though non-invasive techniques led him to seek a Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic West.
He has over 16 years of experience working in acute care, aquatic therapy, multidisciplinary clinics, as well as on-site medial staff support at various athletic events.
Throughout his career, Dr. Chavira has developed a strong foundation in the evaluation, assessment and treatment of acute and chronic spinal and extremity joint pain, mild to moderate scoliosis, as well as on-site athletic injuries.
Dr. Chavira is a board certified doctor of chiropractic (DC) and licensed certified athletic trainer (ATC) who enjoys improving the quality of patient/individual lives while striving for excellence in patient care.
Dr. Chavira’s mission is commitment towards improvement. He is excited to join the talented team at AZ Spine Disc and Sport as another avenue to help individuals towards improvement. During his spare time, he enjoys road cycling, running, hiking, CrossFit, Olympic lifting and time with his wife, family and friends

Vince carefully listened to issues I was having due to a sports related injury, and knew exactly how to effectively address the issue and relieve the pain. He also gave me an easy plan to follow at home to improve myself and recover faster. A short time later I was back to normal activity with very little to no pain.

I have had several visits with Vince for various reasons. Each visit I found myself to be either in less pain or pain-free. The most I have ever had to see him for an injury has been two visits, he is that good! He is gentle but his results are amazing! I would recommend him to anyone.
