She is. a great Doctor who loves her patients, but her staff is very unprofessional . She needs a staff who puts people first and is very considerate. If they do not care for you they leave you in the room forever.

I had a 10:30am appt, filled out some paperwork that repeated themself over and again for 15min then I got on a computer that ask me the same exact question I just answer on the paper which was irritated but due to it being my first time at the office I didn’t stress it I try to answer anthem and be don since it was procedure, I was done with all paperwork and computer assessment by 11:00am then waited until 12:00 noon I had to ask the lady at the front desk what was the hold up? She said they were busy but only two person have been there since I came at 10:30am. At 12:45 someone came and got me and I did my wait and some blood work in which I didn’t want I was only there for a streptococcus and was in pain, it took another 1hr to do blood work due to the lady doing the blood work couldn’t find my vein and she was mad slow and have a forgetful memory OMG! I was getting irritated after that I was placed in another room and the doctor took another 30min to come in it was about 2:20pm she came going and coming she was in and out the room doing god knows what, I told her about my throat and she said I need antibiotics, I was like ok cool, I was in so much pain I didn’t care what she give me as long as this pain go away, while checking out at 2:45pm I ask the front desk ladies do they know how long it would take to send over prescription she said give it 2hrs. I waited for 4hrs knowing how the day had went and call the drugstore and it still wasn’t called in this is day 2 and my prescription still isn’t at Walmart with no trace of it in the system and the doctors office isn’t open as yet. That place need some re-evaluation on how the treat sick people

My initial visit I arrived on time only to wait 3 hours in a room to have a 14 minute conversation with the doctor. I had to get blood work but yet no one told me I was going to have this done so I didn't get to fast. The doctor's office only has the one doctor but they will schedule 4 or 5 other people who are sitting in other rooms waiting to see the same doctor.
On my phone 2nd visit I went to get my lab results back only to once again sit in a room for 2 hours and I only talked to the doctor for 8 minutes she said she was going to make a copy of my paperwork for me to have and she never came back. I had several nurses ask me if she came back to see me and I said no. This is just not acceptable

I wish their was A LOT more privacy throughout the area, they just have curtains hung, but obviously you can still fully hear the next patients reason for coming in. I like my doctor she's very knowledgeable about each and ever symptom.

She was very nice and comfortable to talk to. But the wait takes too long. I end up showing up an hour early to make sure I am out on time. But no matter what, I seem to be in and out in 2 hours. :( if this continues I may need to find a new doctor who is a bit more time conscious. Luckily I took the day off but I still have errands to run for the rest of the day.

I love Dr. James, it's just her staff that I have issues with at times. At least she has all new staff except for one, the one should be replaced as well in my opinion. My messages NEVER get to Dr. James and who puts in a call to there doctor unless it is important.

This doctor deserves my time for this review. She's non-intimadating, very thorough with analyzing health your needs and issues. I take my sister who has a mental dissability but is mobile and coherent and she has developed a plan to fight against obesity, diabetes and high blood pressure.

I think Dr. James is an awesome doctor, I feel she really cares about my well being, however her office staff is not in the same league as her, I put in 9 calls to the office and Dr. James did not get not one message. Dr. James and I discussed this issue at my appointment today, hopefully this wont happen to anyone else. When you call about something as important as my issue was it is VERY disheartening when you do not get a return call.
