After graduating from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos in Lima, Peru and the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) Medical Graduate Program he completed a residency at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center Family Center. He is board certified in Family Medicine and passionate about connecting with his patients by spending time getting to know them. I’ve never encountered such delightful, efficient, warm, and helpful staff at a doctor’s office as I did today at Dr Yataco‘ s office. The ladies at the front cheerfully helped me navigate some confusing insurance matters and helped to occupy my 4-month-old baby while I completed my forms and such. I received very mindful and thorough care from the doctor and have no complaints whatsoever. No wait time, very quick submission of a prescription to the pharmacy which was ready for me by the time I left the office. Great experience.

Dr. Castilla’s staff was extremely friendly and looked like they actually wanted to be there. They helped me with any questions I had with my insurance and were attentive and polite.
As for the wait it was virtually none. As soon as I was done filling out my paperwork I was called into the office.
Dr. Castillo himself was very knowledgeable and also answered all my questions about my health. I am very pleased to call Dr. Castillo my new permanent doctor and would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a doctor.
