I had a great experience- thanks to Dr. Chen and the rest of the folks at the office. They were incredibly helpful (and patient) as I struggled through some paperwork with my insurance company.
Dr. Chen performed a thorough exam and answered the dozen of questions I had. She definitely cares about patient advocacy and encouraged me to ask questions and be very clear about my concerns health-wise.

I made an appointment through ZocDoc but they had no record of it, even though I got a text message saying they were gathering my paperwork. If you don't want your turn to be skipped, make sure to tell them you're new and your appointment time when you first sign in.
Dr Chen was amazing and friendly. She took the time to listen to my concerns and lifestyle that may have effected my health. She is also easy to talk to, definitely will come back and recommend to anyone.

Very rapid service, which I like a lot. The doctor is very methodological and interested in doing everything possible in an office visit to test patients properly. The doctor is open to input from the patient and was gladly willing to order testing requested by patient. Office staff was nice and very quick. I would recommend this office to others in the area.

Today vivising Dr. Chen's office was a very pleasant experience. Dr. Chen answered my questions and had a diagnostic right away. Not to mention she's very sweet.
Also the girls working with her are very friendly.

I hadn't seen a doctor since vaccinations in school. Choosing a doctor that I would be comfortable with getting my first annual physical was a big deal for me. I found Dr. Victoria Chen on ZocDoc and all of the user reviews were all 4-5 stars. Even though her offices is a bit of a drive for me, I wanted to meet her to see if she was the doctor for me. This weekend I realized she is! She is absolutely comforting, funny, and just so easy to talk to. I am looking forward to seeing her again! Thank you Victoria!

Dr. Chen is very professional and personal. I really like her thoroughness regarding my family medical history. The front desk receptionists are not friendly. There is disconnection between Zocdoc system and their office. They do not know my appointment made via ZocDoc, insisted on me to fill medical info and record again even though I have done all online already. One staff was particularly hostile.

She's an amazing doctor. She genuinely cares about her patients and their well being. I've never had a doctor who sincerely cared as much as Dr. Chen. Her staff is friendly and they're all easy to talk to. The nurse who drew my blood my last two visits was great- I hardly even felt it. Overall, a great doctor and staff!
