Dr. Kuohung was my absolute favorite kind of doctor; she was clear in her communication and confident in her diagnosis. Very straightforward, no nonsense and recommended products that were all very affordable/didnt try to push any expensive treatments.

This was my first time seeing Dr Kuohung. She is very patient, knowledgeable and thorough.
The waiting time was about 30 min, a bit long but acceptable.
Will come back again!

I waited for a little over an hour in the appointment room before Dr. Kuohung came in. Although not preferred, I understand things get busy so I did not let it bother me too much.
However, Dr. Kuohong was extremely rushed the entire visit, and was in and out within 5 minutes. She was basically standing at the door trying to leave while I continued to bring up topics I wanted discuss, where should we give an extremely fast, brief response on what I should do about it.
After waiting that long, I was very unimpressed!

The office staff and doctors were not very professional during my visit. Starting fr the moment I arrived at 11 AM for my scheduled appointment and the clinic door was locked with no one at the front office to let me in. The doctor was not very helpful when asking about treatment options and did not provide much helpful information so that I could make an informed decision. They also don't validate parking so be prepared to pay for parking. I will not be going back and cannot recommend this office to others.

The office is always clean, professional and easy to access (quick appointments, responsive staff). Dr. Kuohung is great. She's got a nice bedside manner that makes procedures and exams less awkward, she takes my questions and concerns seriously. I definitely recommend Dr. Kuohung if you need a dermatologist for medical or for cosmetic concerns.
