Victoria (she/her) completed her Doctorate in Acupuncture and East Asian Medicine from Pacific College of Health and Science in Chicago and is Nationally Board Certified and accredited by the NCCAOM and licensed to practice in the State of Illinois. Prior to completing the doctoral program, she earned her Masters of Science in Health Administration and a Bachelors of Science in Health and Psychology from Saginaw Valley State University. After implementing community health nutrition education, outreach programs, and working as a Massage Therapist, Victoria wanted to deepen her understanding of the human body on a holistic level and found herself immersed in the vastness this medicine has to offer.
Victoria believes in providing holistic healthcare that is individualized and engages the patient to be an empowered participant in their own healing. As nature is reflected in us, and we reflect aspects of nature, both have seasons and changes. She uses the beauty of this traditional medicine to complement and support people’s body, mind, and spirit throughout all stages of life. She values herself as a general practitioner, addressing whatever comes to the table using acupuncture, herbal medicine, moxibustion, gua, sha, cupping, as well as bodywork and nutritional recommendations. She informs her practice through her broad educational and clinical background experience, and uses her history of dance, yoga, along with continuing education to further health optimization and knowledge for her patients. By looking at the world, people, and the medicine with a beginner's mind and a spirit of curious wonder, she can provide care that addresses the wholeness of a person to access their innate healing nature within.
