While the visit was suitable for my teenager, I was disappointed with the care provided to my toddler, who was scheduled for a routine check-up and physical. The provider we saw was not the doctor listed for the appointment, and unfortunately, she appeared to have difficulty using the otoscope and was unable to locate the probe covers, which were visibly mounted on the wall.
As a result, she was unable to perform the comprehensive examination I have come to expect for my toddler. This was particularly concerning because my child has ear tubes, and I specifically needed confirmation that they were still in place.
Unfortunately, this facility did not meet my standards of care for a continuing relationship.

Absolutely awful experience. The doctor never came and I was seen by the practice manager (who was nice), I was asked on two separate occasions what brought me in, in my suite with the door open, the “lab” was not very sanitary looking and felt more like a storage, the doctor who I was connected to, met with me over a regular phone call which I did not get until 3hrs after my appointment time and she was EXTREMELY impersonal and unprofessional. I will NEVER go back.

I was a bit apprehensive at first because I didn’t want a new Dr but Dr Titus was thorough. Before I came to see her, I didn’t know I heart murmur! She listened to my concerns and was very friendly and compassionate. I have to have an ekg and was scheduled for the same week! I’m very satisfied so far
