Victoria is very easy to work with. She presents more that just a food plan, rather a change in the way you view your plate. The common sense approach to everyday eating, paired with positive suggestions (such as no food is off limits) and research backed end results, Victoria teaches good nutrition and promotes a health relationship with food. What I thought was going to be a complicated, calorie counting experience ended up being a positive, easy to use, comprehensive way to approach a healthy plate.
It was a pleasure working with Victoria. Kind, thorough, and thoughtful - not judgemental whatsoever and provided a lot of quality education, too! We set goals that were achievable and actionable.

More about Victoria Wesler, RDN

Victoria is a Registered Dietitian at BerryStreet. Her interest in nutrition began when she took her first basic nutrition class and discovered the healing power of food. This sparked her passion to help people learn how food and nutrition can prevent disease and improve overall health. Victoria’s training in Medical Nutrition Therapy supports clients with a variety of conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, and disease prevention/wellness. She also has a strong passion for functional nutrition and sports nutrition. Functional nutrition focuses on addressing the root cause of illness rather than just treating symptoms. Victoria enjoys working with athletes and weekend warriors, teaching them how to fuel their bodies for optimal performance. Victoria believes that all people deserve nutritional care and practices with a Health At Every Size (HAES) informed approach. She aims to help every client erase the guilt and shame around food and transform it into peace and enjoyment. Victoria graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from West Chester University and earned her Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Human Performance from Logan University. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, hiking, being in nature, rock climbing, trying new food spots around the city, and loving on her three adorable cats: Mamas, Chickpea, and Peanut. BerryStreet takes a holistic approach to nutrition, focusing on helping clients develop healthier behaviors and attitudes around food rather than “eat this, not that” or calorie-counting strategies. We believe in Health At Every Size (HAES) — we’re not anti-weight loss, we’re anti-diet! Weight loss can be a side effect of improved nutrition, but we discourage fixation on the number on the scale. The provider is not licensed in the state of NY.
