The doctor was very nice and helpful but the extended wait time for a scheduled appointment was pretty inconvenient.

The staff made me feel at easy on my visit.
It is so rare to find healthcare that truly understands the needs of my rare autoimmune issue. She treated me as a whole picture versus acute symptoms even though this was our first visit. I’m so grateful to have found Dr. Vida Chitsazzadeh and feel as though I’m in great hands!
Verified patientVideo visit
It took about an hour or over an hour to finally get connected via video chat. I paid more than enough out of pocket for only a 5 min visit where I didn’t feel heard when speaking to this provider about my issues and kept being cut off. The staff was not very friendly as well. Two rx’s were called in and I was only able to obtain one because the other need approval from the physician that I never received so therefore I was unable to get the second rx.

They delayed appt because they did not send text with link to fill out paperwork. Had to call a few times to get an appt after I made one in zocdoc. Also, she didn’t send in my prescription to pharmacy yet and it’s been two days. I don’t know why it was such a hassle to get info and prescription. She was knowledgeable and I hope her RX works for my acne.
Video visit
The check in process was quick. I was able to see the doctor right away and address my concerns. I loved the doctor she took immediate action for my plan of care.
Verified patient
Didn’t send me any information on how to join video visit, so I called the office and was transferred to the “front desk” which went to voicemail. Received a call back over an hour later.

I didn't have the appointment, not because of Dr. Chitsazzadeh, but when I tried to put in my information the "verify your email" kept coming up over and over. I tried to verity it each time, however, it wouldn't take, and I couldn't finish up the information.

All was Awesome!

This doctor was very sweet and polite with her wording but still made sure that I listened closely to everything. She was very understanding with my surroundings. Definitely would recommend to a friend.
Video visit
I booked an appointment for a virtual visit. There was no communication from the office regarding zoom link or any other logistics. When the appointment time came, I called the office and they told me they didn't even have me on their schedule. Although they were able to book me only a couple of days later, this was an extremely inconvenient experience.

Honestly, great doctor! So sweet and attentive. She resolved issues I’ve had since I was a child. I will definitely continue to go to her

the doctor and staff were very patient and helpful with me. I'm not used to virtual appointments and they made the process simple and easy.
They never called me
Verified patient
Dr. C. was very quick and thorough. I trusted her and she made the experience very easy. Her staff also should get praise. They were wonderful.
Verified patient
I waited 59 minutes before being shown into the exam room, another 20 minutes once inside. The doctor was nice but spent all of 8 minutes with me.
They sent me to different doctor and reschedule me like a bait and switch. The doctor was nice but they rescheduled 3 times. And when I went to get my blood work at Quest they didn’t have my paperwork in the system so I was denied a blood test. A mess at best.
