Doctor came in 7 minutes late for the video chat, the remaining 23 min initial visit felt rushed. I submitted the intake paperwork the day prior, but the doctor was unaware and had to ask me all the same questions again. I was prescribed medication, but discovered side effects about it online that were not fully disclosed during my visit that made me feel hesitant to try the medication.

Seemed to not want to really help with finding the right medication for me. Prescribed two different types of meds in two different classes in which I had an allergic reaction to both. Very dismissive when voiced about my concerns.

Vida was great explaining how the meds work and best options for my specific needs. She took the time to understand the history of my treatment. I will give her 5 stars because she corrected a misinformation given to me by the prior psychiatrist.

Great experience! My first time using ZocDoc’s telehealth as well as meeting with Nurse Practitioner Sarkodie and I will definitely back. She took the time to listen and asked questions and gave responses in a manner that didn’t seem intrusive. It felt like a safe space and I was able to open up as one should with a healthcare provider. I cannot recommend her more, it’s harder to find competent and compassionate providers at time, but here is one!
