Dr. Kannan was compassionate, caring, patient, attentive, thorough, and put me completely at ease. Every person I dealt with at her office was genuinely nice and seemed happy to be there. They were all incredibly understanding of my bringing along my two small children to my appointment and accommodated us with no problem. I have spent almost 10 years trying to find a good primary care provider in this area, and I’m thrilled that it seems like I have finally found one in Dr. Kannan!

It was my first time at the office and the door was locked, I called the office and the pre-recorded message said they were closed- I was obviously annoyed that there werent clear directions to get into the office. By chance the door was opened and I proceeded to be checked in by the receptionist. The whole appt went smoothly but I was not welcomed as a guest but rather hurded around and not guided in the next steps in my appt. The receptionist was especially unhelpful during the end of my visit and didnt provide the information I needed before I left.

I love this office!! I have been coming here for more than 10 years. Peggy has been at the front desk the whole time. She presents a professional, friendly demeanor and has always been helpful. Dr. Kannan is very smart in all aspects of medicine and has helped me in many areas of treatment. Came for blood work, unscheduled so a slight wait.

I called same day of my visit, and I was welcomed to come in and see the doctor. I was seen by Dr. Kannan in 10m. Dr. Kannan gives her patiants a warm feeling, and make them feel better no matter how serious their condition is.

I was super happy I could see Dr. last minute for my ear. In and out. Perfect for my line of work when time is everything. Hard for me to get out of office. Front desk manages time & appointments great!
