Dr. Jayadeva and their entire team were fantastic. Like any first time visit, you’re a little anxious due to the unfamiliarity; but that anxiousness quickly went away due to their great bedside manner and their team’s first rate care. I’m drawing a blank on the technician who drew my blood (lab work done) but he especially was top notch. Thanks again for the great care.

The practice is run like an urgent care because it is part of one. They were fast almost too fast. Dr Vick was personable and kind and listened to all my concerns.

Vikas was friendly but I felt pretty rushed. He spoke very fast and didn't really seem like he had time for me. It all went quickly and seemed like it was on rails and didn't seem very personal.

It's deep in the heart of Pasadena, so arriving early is crucial. I am grateful that they still managed to take me even though I was exactly 10 minutes late. Because I was late, it seemed they were rushing to get everything I needed done in time. They were experienced enough to do things quickly, so it wasn't an issue. I got a shot and blood test done, also scheduled an additional appointment to talk about other concerns we didn't have time to discuss in detail. They were patient with me and were eager to help as much as time permitted. Very efficient office.

My experience was top tiered. I came into the office this morning sharing with my coworkers how much I enjoyed meeting with and being treated by Dr. Jayadeva. The fact that he's a U of M Graduate and that he did his residency in Michigan was another added bonus. He asked me about my life. He asked about my goals and sleep schedule. This is truly the most well performed doctors visit I've had in many years. Keep up the good work & GO BLUE!!!!

Everything went incredibly smoothly. I arrived early and was seen early. Vitals were smooth, x-rays were done on site and referral to specialist was seamless. I would highly recommend this practice.

Great doctor. I went there after being misdiagnosed by urgent care. He immediately knew what was wrong after de diving my symptoms. Felt that he was very thorough. Will definitely be back.

My experience was solely based on seeing the doctor under the hosting of Carbon Health. Although the app is promising, the people onboarding and process is wonky. First I was unclear of what was needed from me. I didn’t receive reminder requests about outstanding info.
When I saw the doctor it was super fast and I don’t think I felt like I established a lot of rapport and baseline care. I also passed a q to the tech, not realizing my time with the doctor was done; and the question did not seem like it got to the doctor. Had to ask through the app two business days later.
I’m not super convinced I felt like my health was assessed as well I would like. I pride myself of being fairly healthy but really felt a bit shortcutted in the care which shouldn’t be a detriment to my care.

Easy check in process and little wait time. The staff was friendly and kind. The doctor was straightforward, thorough with a pleasant bedside manner. I felt heard and cared for with everything he reviewed, even beyond what I can in for. Really happy with the visit and with the doctor!

Went for an annual physical which was way overdue. The office was empty and I got checked in right away. They were ready for me ahead of schedule which was great, no waiting! The Dr. was friendly and informative and answered all my questions. Was a pleasant experience overall. Would recommend!

Dr. Jayadeva and his staff were wonderful. He took his time with me and I never felt rushed, even though they were clearly slammed with walk-ins because of Covid. I'm planning on making him my PCP and have a physical scheduled for next month. I have had the absolute worst luck finding a good/reliable PCP in Los Angeles. I've lived here for a decade and have parted ways with probably around five or six doctors for various (some absurd) reasons, but I have very high hopes for this practice!
