Dr. Bajaj was great! She made me feel so comfortable during the exam. She also gave me a wealth of information, along with a plan, in hopes of helping me concieve. I have always felt very uncomfortable with my past experiences. Whether it was because of their office staff or the lack of bedside with the Doctor. Luckily, from my initial experience, the front office staff were kind and accommodating, as well as the doctor seemed genuinely interested in gathering further information. Definitely an A+ for me!

Vimi Bajaj is a caring and knowledgeable OB/GYN providing assistance to patients in the Naperville, IL area. Dr.Bajaj is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Dr.Bajaj received her medical degree from the Chicago Medical School in 1992 and went on to complete both her internship and residency at Cook County Hospital in Chicago from 1992-1996. Dr.Bajaj retains professional membership within the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She has been affiliated with the Edward Hospital and the Rush Copley Medical Center since 2003.

The office called me twice to reschedule my appointment , at the actual visit I waited for 48 min so that I would be announced that she is running late! Don’t recommend!!! I regret that I waisted my time!

I don't think I want to go back.
Also, I was surprised with their charging list. They were basically charging for every service they provide except the phone call under 5 minutes. It was ridiculous that they charge per phone calls more than 5 minutes.. seriously??

This has by far been the absolute worst experience I've ever had. First of all, Doctor didn't wait the allotted time with my pregnancy tests and was quick to say (rather callously) "you're not pregnant". She had me do a blood test to confirm, and after repeated phone calls to the office, they finally called back stating "yes, you are pregnant". (Worst 24 hours of my life). Office staff is extremely rude. Even on my first call, it was as if they were already aggravated I was bothering them. Talked to the doctor for concerns after hours about abnormal symptoms I was experiencing ... First, she had no idea who I was! I had to remind her of who I was. Second, I've been trying with my husband to get pregnant for over a year... Her first words?! "Ican guarantee this isn't a viable pregnancy." Followed by, "there's no "magic pill" I can give you to fix it either." AND "you'll have to call Monday for your own lab results because honestly we'll probably forget." Excuse me?! I hadn't asked for a magic pill, you should never say your office blatantly won't make this a priority, and I was on my lunch at work! Who starts a conversation like that after one visit and not knowing who I was?! Obviously, I was a wreck after this. No one should be talked to this way... Especially on such a delicate journey. Even if she knows it to be true, her bedside manner is atrocious and her office staff is just plain rude. The amount of stress, physical and emotional pain this office has caused me in only a week... Is the worst I've experienced in my life. Pregnant or not... You don't treat people this way.

I have been to many OB-GYN before, but she is the best. She listened to my problems in details and most important thing is that, she was very patient with me. Pertaining to my problems, she handled the examination process very carefully so that I feel comfortable. I am hopeful now that my long lasting health issues will be resolved by her help.

Dr. Bajaj was very friendly, and professional. I felt a little nervous being my first time at a gynecologist, however, she was very polite and treated me how she would like to be treated with the utmost respect.
