My first visit went Ok. Dr Wong was very patient and genuinely listened to my concerns. I am looking forward to seeing him again. Now, on the other hand, the check in receptionist was a mess. She was rude, texting, acted like people were bothering her, had a bad attitude, did not communicate well and after she told me twice she would give me my insurance card back, she still forgot...I had to come back and get it and when I did she was on the phone, did not bother to say anything in regards to keeping it.

He is very personable. I felt that he took the time to ask all questions and then asked if I had any for him. As I am just relocating to the area, I need to find a new Dr, and Dr Wong will work out perfect.

I did not complete my visit because I waited over an hour past my appointment time to be seen by the dr. Once he entered the room, he seemed very understanding and apologized for the wait but I did not have another hour to spend. Also the nurse was not apologetic at all and had an attitude.

Arrived 10 minutes early, even submitted checking forms with ZocDoc still waited an hour to see Dr. Wong. They didn't have my lab work forms in the system, but it seemed an issue with the lab and not the Dr. Office. So, had to wait until the results were faxed over. Dr. Wong explained my results in detail which I appreciated! Hope next time I come in with a ZocDoc appointment the wait time will not be as long!

I am thankful to be seen right away today. Gateway has a great staff that are helpful, nice and professional. Dr. Wong has a great bedside manner. He is well-spoken, takes the time to ask thorough questions, and listens to responses. I am pleased to have him as my PCP. My wait time was long only because I was a walk-in and a new patient.
