The whole staff is wonderful!! Sheri always is so helpful and always has a smile on her face. Shanika is so caring and personable. Doctor Kunchala is absolutely the best physician in Lockport!! Small town is lucky to have her! I always see her name all over our FM Moms group. She is well liked!

Dr. Kunchala is top notch. Her assistant is always prompt with test results. Both she and the receptionist are helpful and pleasant. They make seeing the doctor painless.

Dr Kunchala takes her time with patients to not only understand their medical needs but to treat the whole person. She remembers about personal things I’ve shared and asks about my family. She is very thorough and leaves no stone unturned if there’s a concern. Even if she’s super busy in the office, one would never know because she gives all her attention the moment she walks in. I’m so grateful to have her as my doctor!

In the past 5 months I've had the same tests done for different reasons. It's time consuming and costly. If you get a ultrasound they should test every part of the body

This staff was so helpful with my billing issue.
The teams made me feel very comfortable when clearing up a major billing miscommunication.
