The man who was the receptionist asked for my number so that he can could give me a call to come in since it was a long wait. He then proceeded the next day to text me casually and hit on me. I was there for the Gyn this was really unprofessional and gross to me. It’s very hard to get on the phone with this doctor. She only gave me 3 months worth of birth control by other office gives me six because that’s the amount of time I would need in order to receive a new papsmeer. This office is just looking out for the money. I only went here because my original Gyn office was closed.

Honestly it was odd. PA Zilber was kind, but the whole exam process was different. Maybe just me. They had me drink a full pitcher of water and then do a sonogram for just a regular yearly gyno checkup. They had cloth robes that were way too small and I’m a average sized woman. I didn’t get my results back for weeks and I’m the one that had to call them to ask, front desk kept giving me the run around telling me I needed to come in if I wanted to get my Results. Once again just a yearly exam. I know it’s a hard time to work in healthcare, I’m sympathetic to that, but why be so difficult. Overall I would say if you have insurance that will cover you somewhere keep looking.

I spent more time in the waiting room than I did with PA Zilber. It took over an hour and a half past my scheduled appointment time to be seen. My appointment lasted all of 5-10 minutes. I was confused and a little shaken up by some test results I received; and instead of being asked if I had any questions or offering more explanation, I was promptly rushed out of the exam room. I was very disappointed and will likely not be returning.

i loved Dr. Zilber. She was sweet and litened to me patiently and helped me with my problem. However, I didn’t like the receptionist “the guy” at front desk who was kind f rude.
I would recommend D. Zilber but not the place.

PA Zilber was quick and to the point. I thought there were some things that could've been done better, but all in all, I had a good experience. I think the front desk staff could be a bit more professional and I also wish the office didn't allow so many patients inside at one time. The waiting room was packed when I went so there was almost no way to social distance and the front desk staff weren't wearing masks.

I love her! The wait time was only long because the facility is getting bombarded with patients who need preventative care due to this COVID-19 pandemic. Better to keep everyone healthy now so we don’t get overwhelmed in the future! The entire staff was super sweet about it.
