I was a new patient. I completed the registration process on-line through the ZocDoc site prior to my appointment. I arrived 20 minutes early. The desk person verified my information (less then 5 minutes) and I was taken right back. No wait time. Never experienced a no wait doctor appointment before. Shows that my time was valuable to the doctor. Doctor was professional and to the point. Listened intently and very approachable.

The office staff, as well as the doctor, are very professional and very friendly. I was there for the first time and Dr Vankawala listened as I outlined some concerns I had, reviewed my history and lab work and offered advice for some immediate concerns I had. He also put together a plan moving forward so small issues did not become larger ones.. Proactive guy, knows his business, and I felt a whole more in control than I did going in.
