Her interest grew through college athletics and competitive bodybuilding, where she experienced the vital role of nutrition in strength and recovery. This inspired her to start a meal prep company, offering practical workshops and personalized programs. Ginger’s journey took a personal turn during her pregnancy when she encountered a frustrating lack of nutrition education and support within standard women's health care. This experience sparked her deep commitment to women's health and drove her to ensure that other women would not face the same gaps in care. She pursued a master’s degree in nutrition, healthspan, and longevity from the University of Southern California, and trained under an expert in integrative and functional medicine, with a focus on women’s health. Now a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), Ginger specializes in empowering women with personalized, evidence-based nutrition strategies. She is a proud member of the Women’s Health Dietetic Practice Group and the Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine Practice Group through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. With her unique blend of expertise and personal experience, Ginger’s approach is centered on truly listening to her clients and providing tailored plans to support their long-term health, fertility, and overall well-being.
