I came with high expectations because of the positive reviews. The provider criticized me for providing a written account of the history of an illness but made no attempt to take the time to unravel what could be the condition. Did not demonstrate empathy or compassion for the suffering of the affected child. Did not offer help or a strategy to get better care. Expressed her detachment with the words - by the way, I am leaving this practice. It was our first - and likely only - visit.

Dr Vanessa Stringel was very nice. She took her time to get to know my child and understand her situation. She answered all questions that was posed to her. Our appointment was 1:45pm and we were called at 1:50pm. I would recommend Dr. Stringel for any neurological services.

Nice and friendly. Dr. Stringel related well with my teenage daughter. The wait to be seen was a little long. My daughter was checked for her vitals, then we went back to the waiting room before being called a second time to see Dr. Stringel. Not a huge deal, but seemed like an unneeded step
