I arrived an hour early but wasn’t seen until nearly 90 minutes after my scheduled appointment. The office was clearly overbooked and seemed unprepared for the patient volume. Some of the staff were friendly and doing their best, but they appeared overwhelmed.
The highlight of my visit was the doctor — professional, direct, and genuinely attentive to my concerns. He communicated clearly and laid out a solid plan, which I really appreciated.
Overall, the long wait time was frustrating and needs improvement, but the quality of care from the doctor helped balance out the experience.

there is no attention, they are purely businessmen, and they try to charge insurance even more than they should - without providing any additional services; they send bills for additional payment if you do not visit the doctor; I think this office is dishonest doctors
