Dr. Viviana was amazing. She was clear and energetic. I didn’t feel like another patient to her. She asked me multiple times if she had any questions to make sure I didn’t leave confused or unheard. I definitely would recommend her again!

One of the other doctors here was rude to me when I was trying to get bloodwork drawn. I warned many people before the appointment that I have PTSD with doctors needles/syringes and the doctor who barged into the room got annoyed I was crying and started making me feel bad that I have tattoos but have a hard time with needles. She kept making my PTSD worse telling me I should be able to do the needle if I have so many tattoos and when I tried telling her they aren’t the same thing while I’m going through a major PTSD episode, she just said “we’re done here” twice & walked out of the room with no explanation. She sounded annoyed like she was my mom mad at me because I was going through trauma. I’ve never had a medical person treat me so unprofessionally like my PTSD is a joke. I kept explaining to the doctor that the nurse didn’t even tie off my arm yet before even attempting and the doctor just kept hyping up my PTSD and just called it quits because she aggravated my PTSD episode.
