I waited an hour and twenty minutes to see the doctor. The NP and office staff were very nice but the wait was unacceptable.
The doctor told me I needed to hydrate and have a better attitude after explaining I’ve been experiencing repetitive fevers and a sore throat for two months. He did not take my concerns seriously.
I would avoid this practice at all costs.

long wait time despite empty waiting room.. i have sent two Mychart message on recommendations of my test results and both messages have not been addressed. There is no point of having mychart if there will be no communication between patient and healthcare team..

Would NOT recommend. Long wait time, Dr. didn’t seem like he wanted to see any of his patients at all and was in a rush to leave. Did not check thoroughly the problem I went in the check. Overall unpleasant experience.

My experience at Mt. Sinai and with Dr. Volokh was great. I was in within 10 minutes of checking in and the front desk was very pleasant. I saw the doctor within 10 minutes after being taken to my room and he was great. I love the MyChart experience and the ability to see my results so rapidly online.

Doctor was ok. The only thing i didn't like was that he disregard my concerns, I went for a physical but wasn't feeling well. HE told me was stressed! Didn't even consider doing some test apart from the physical exam.

I felt so uncomfortable for unpleasant attitude of a staff at reception desk. I had to wait for almost 1 hour without any proper explanation. She was so impolite. I will never want to revisit. However the doctor was friendly.
