Easy to find office location and lovely office staff. I appreciate that they have Saturday hours as that works best around my F/T job during the week. It was my first eye doc visit in close to 10 years, and I knew I needed to go back. Glad Dr. Culbertson I chose his office!

I was looking for an eye doctor and found some review on this Doctor Edward Culbertson and decided to make an appiontment with him. First the receptionist is very rude and incompetent. I know what my insurance covers. They charge me for the contact doctor replace in my eyes after i was told i wasn't going to be charged. They took my old ones out and threw it away and later sent me a bill. I left the office without the doctor even given me my prescription. I called to get my prescription the lady at the front said she cannot give me my prescription because i have a balance. I regret the day i ever stepped my foot in this office. They are all scam. I have been with no contact for over 4months now because the lady at the front said i would not have my precription. I wonder what kind of business they all run to satisfy customers. Trust me i will never go there again

He was very knowledgeable and professional and his picture here does not really represent his looks. He has a very kind look. His office is brand new, which is nice. He had a visual "x-ray" machine that made it easy to take a photo of your eye. You are given the opportunity to also look at your eye when he is assessing your problem. This machine takes the place of those annoying drops that dilate your pupils. Fast and easy! I would go again.

He is a wonderful doctor as well as his assistants. Will stay with him. I was disappointed in his receptionist. I thought she could have done a better job with my glasses order. Told her additional things I wanted such as transgression lenses, and scratch resistence. Only after order was placed and paid for I found out she did not include those 2 choices. When I asked her she said it would have added to cost but that was my choice and was not given that choice. I absolutely needed the transgressions due to light sensitivity now will have to figure something else out.

It was an overall very good visit. The lady who did the preliminary exams was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Culbertson was a really nice man and did a great job on explaining things to me. My only complaint was that the receptionist wasn't very friendly, and I realized that they only accept my insurance for the exam, not the frames at that office, which was strange to me.
