Very capable doctor. An older gentleman, and an older practice. But very professional and knowledgeable.

The doctor was absolutely great. He cleaned my ears (which was the original purpose of my visit) but then asked me if I had had a hearing test lately. So when I told him 'no' he went ahead and made me take one right there! Which was a great desicion as he discovered a little problem that I have in both my ears. I highly recommend Dr. Cartwright.

The visit me and my client had on today was well worth it. Hopefully the follow up will show great results!
I went to the doctor office for the change of my medical report to navy force.

The Dr was very excellent very professional and took lots of time with me
He's a great Dr. I really like him and he gave me good information.

Terrible. Dirty office with ancient equipment. He didn't read anything I put in the Zocdoc or the manual intake forms, and didn't address any of the issues I came in for. I felt gross just being there and he seemed like he should have retired 15 years ago. I'm officially appealing the claim as I got nothing from the visit.

Even as I got confirmation of my appointment online, the receptionist didn't find it. After a lengthy wait, it was found and finally I was seen. The doctor was more interested in chatting with my company than in focusing his attention to my inquires. I felt ignored, since he had his back towards me and when I finally got his attention to be checked, I was quickly dismissed with not much information or reassurance. I would want to be seen by this MD ever again and I would not recommend it to anyone else.

He is good, I like him.

He seems very knowledgeable, but my concern is that he may be getting a bit old. He seems a little shaky. He explained things to me in detail and made me feel comfortable. Office is a little bit on the grungy side.
Time waisted from the beginning. Made me wait more than an hour. The doctor seems clueless to what was going on. He didn't help me at all or helped me figure out what was wrong with me. This doctor doesn't know what he's doing. I don't recommend it to anybody
We love Dr.Cartwright. He's a great Doctor

Verified patient
Dr. Cartwright was very professional and took time to explain his diagnosis. I would highly recommend him as an ENT. His office staff were friendly as well.
Verified patient
Dr Wade Cartwright is a thorough gentleman with high professionalism. He heard my problem carefully and treated me to my satisfaction. He treated me in one sitting very carefully and efficiently.

Dr. Cartwright needs to update his methods (he sanitizes his tools by lighting them on fire, then immediately sticking them in my mouth/nose!) and his equipment.
Dr. Cartwright is humorous and competent. I got ear and nose infections in a flue. When I came for my first appointment, he didn't talk a lot with me about the illness. But instead of it he wrote me a prescription quickly. I first believed it wouldn't work cuz the meeting time was kinda short. Fortunately it worked!!! After one month of taking that medicine, my ears got over throughly. I then went to the follow-up, he wrote me another prescription to treat my nose. And this time I decided to trust him unconditionally.

Very professional!

I was pretty disappointed. He didn't offer any advice my general care practitioner had not offered, asked the same questions over and over, and he didn't even have the right band-aid to put on after he took my old one off. I would not recommend to anyone.
it was okay
I really like the service the front desk and nurse was very nice the doctor was good the waiting time is better than the other offices
He is a gentleman. You knows his business. He is sharp and intelligent. He is a kind man, you can tell in his professional way he carries himself. Highly recommend him. I will be seeing next week and looking forward to it. His office people were friendly and helpful people.

I thought about giving good treatment and care with informations related my issues. But he gave me the exact thing I thought. Thank you very much Dr. Cartwright.
Verified patient
He has a great bedside manner. Not arrogant like so many doctors, but treated me like an intelligent human being. Listened very well to my concerns and needs. Was thorough in my exam. Did not try to pass off my medical problem as something to just prescribe a bunch of drugs for, he actually understands that is not a solution. He is sincere at finding the cause and addressing that, so far. So many doctors these days seem to not care about actually taking the time for investigating the core causes of medical issues, they seem to work for the pharmaceutical industry instead of the patient, by being quick to prescribe symptom relieving medicine as if it were the final solution, and never getting to a cause of the issue and resolving it. So far, this doctor is not that way, and I so appreciate that.

Came in with a broken nose and something loose floating in my throat. I explained the pain I was in every day for the last four months. He told me it wasn't life threatening, and because I had medi-cal, he didn't want tax payers to pay for any treatment. I'm only on medi-cal temporarily until covered california catches up with all these applications. I feel really sorry for people who can't afford quality healthcare and get stuck with a guy who guilts you into suffering. Why as a doctor would you even accept medi-cal if you don't believe in it?

It was a pretty good experience. I was left alone in an exam room a couple times without explanation, but it wasn't for very long. I was just a little confused. The doctor and his staff were very nice.
