Walter P. Moore, III, M.D., earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, at Cornell University, Ithaca, New York, in 1984. He attended Southwestern Medical School, Dallas, Texas, where he was a member of AOA Medical Honor Society, receiving his degree of Medical Doctor in 1988. Following his graduation, he continued his medical education with an Internship in General Surgery and his Residency in Otolaryngology at Medical Center Hospital, San Antonio, Texas.

I would not recommend Dr. Walter Moore to absolutely anyone!! He treated my 10 year old daughter with absolutely no respect or empathy. She was very scared about having her nose cauterized for her terrible nose bleeds. He didn't even explain why she was getting nose bleeds, what caused them, or how this "procedure" would help to stop them. He just "came @ her" with some numbing solution. When she became frightened & started crying, he got very agitated & threatened to put her in the hospital to do the procedure. And indicated that he didn't have time for her to be upset, so he went to see another patient until she had time to "calm herself down." I will say the front desk staff & the office manager were an absolute delight. They were very warm & welcoming. My daughter was able to complete the procedure, but I thoroughly explained to Dr. Moore that he treatment of my daughter was appalling and that I would not be back, nor would I recommend him to anyone.

I did NOT like that it was inside the hospital because I had to drive around the parking lot about four times in search of the correct entrance (No suite number on the outside door) and the parking spaces are scarce.
