El dÃa de hoy miércoles tenÃa una cita a las 2:45 pm en el consultorio de walter Pérez , resulta que llegué 15 min antes de mi cita y estuve tocando la puerta y nunca nadie me abrió , esperé unos minutos luego fui a mi carro espere unos minutos y volvà a tocar , espere un poco más de tiempo y nadie abrió la puerta nunca , si no iban a atender a la hora de mi cita entonces me hubieran llamado asà no hubiese perdido mi tiempo en ir .

He is a fantastic doctor and his team is very professional. Everything was very organized and it was all set when I head to office. He explained everything in a very simple way and listen to my comments and questions. I’m coming back in a few months!

I signed in and sat in the office for 30 minutes before someone called me. The receptionist gave an excuse that she hadn’t checked the ZocDoc requests for almost two weeks because the dr was on vacation for the holidays. When she logged in to check my appointment request, she gasped because she had eight other pending request for THE SAME DAY. Never going here again

I called ahead of time, and they assured me they would be able to do the blood work needed for my yearly physical. Turns out that was the answering service, and not the actual office, so I spent an entire day fasting for nothing, plus I have to go to my regular Dr just to do the blood work. Since when doesn't an OBGYN not have blood work. I remember when I had my kids, and my OBGYN was always taking blood for something. I was not pleased at all.
My appointment was for 5:30pm, but I didn't get to see the Dr until almost 6:45pm and didn't get out until after 7:00pm (still hungry from not eating). I am making a follow-up for later next month, so I'll re-review then (especially since I won't be hungry or grumpy).
Dr Perez was very helpful and pleasant, so that was a plus.

Dr. Perez had a warm smile on his face and extended his hand to me. He was extremely thorough actually reading my past history as I was a new patient. His curiosity was evident by his questioning of my recent sonogram and my office visit with my medical physician. "What I liked about my new doctor is his mindfulness. His attentive, curiosity, flexibility and presence - all the qualities of mindfullness".
