Verified patient
Dr.Brandes and his staff are absolutely wonderful.
Verified patient
I went in because I am having trouble with my hearing. His immediate response is that he was going to give me some pills. It turns out he made a script for Sudafed. I went to see a specialist to get a script for Sudafed after having received antibiotics form my doctor and the urgent care. He didn’t see to have time to explore real answers to my real problem.
Very good
Verified patient
He and his team was amazing. They made sure every issue I had was addressed correctly and he went above and beyond for me and the problems I was having with my ears
Verified patient
The office staff (Lisa) was incredibly rude to me. This was after they never confirmed my ZocDoc appointment (their excuse- “the person who handles those appointments is off this week”). I cannot handle an unorganized, very rude office. You usually deal with the office staff a lot more than the doctors. I’m still in awe of the way I was treated.
Very professional service

Great doc!
Verified patient
I have seen this doctor for at least 3 different medical problems. I trust him completely. He is personable, thorough, truthful and intelligent. I respect and trust him. I always learn something when I see him. He explains cause and affect very well. At today’s visit he reviewed a diagnosis from last year with another probability. Always my ‘go to’ doctor for his specialty area.
Verified patient
Brandes is by far one of the worst doctors I have come across. He is not at all personable, makes you feel like he does not care about how you’re feeling. Barley asked me any questions and just said “mhm” when i tried to explain my medical history. I have had the worst crackling noise in my ears for 1-2 years and he wrote me off because I was his last appointment of the day and seemed like he as well as the office staff just wanted to go home. I left with no more answers than I came in with. And when I asked questions on what to do he rushed over them. I don’t ever write reviews, however, I could not hold back from this one.
He had a very stiff, uninterested, and curt manner. Used the computer with his gloves still on and actually continued to use them. Told him antibiotics were making me physically sick and he told me I had to take them with food, very knowingly, when I had been. Still hasn't called in my prescription. This place is just not worth it. Get care from someone who actually cares.
I sat in the waiting room for 150 minutes. The office/appointment schedule appeared to be very disorganized. Computer systems were all malfunctioning, causing even longer wait times.
Verified patient
I did rate their wait time as five stars although my wait time was ridiculous. Their computer system was down, but customer service was great.
Verified patient
Had an accident and needed follow up after ER discharge. Was able to get an appointment in one day. Doctor Brandes is a thorough, knowledgeable, experienced doctor who took the time to explain the injuries and the surgery required to fix it. Resident doctor was great as well. As was the staff— all were friendly and helpful. Great doctor, great office visit.
