I am in the medical field and Dr Zager was recommended by my family doctor. My entire experience was a positive one. Everyone in the office was personable, efficient, informative and professional. Dr Zager has a wonderful bedside manner. I never felt rushed, he was gentle and gave excellent advice.I will highly recommend him and his entire staff. This was the first time I used Zoe Doc. I appreciated being able to see available days and times to choose what worked best for my schedule, instead of having to spend time on the phone with the office. Being able to complete everything online and getting reminders from Zoc Doc was also a plus.

Zager graduated with high distinction from the University of Michigan and received his medical degree from the University of Miami where he was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. After a residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, he completed a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery under Wallace K. Dyer at Emory University. During his fellowship, Dr. Zager was trained in innovative cosmetic and reconstructive surgical techniques, with an emphasis on rhinoplasty. He is one of a few physicians in the Philadelphia area certified in both Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery and Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

This was the first time I ever met Dr. Zager. While he seemed like a nice person, I felt very rushed and didn't spend much time with him. There was even a timer set in the rooms which I thought was very tacky.

Wonderful bedside manner. Attentive listener whom makes the patient feel as though they are in very competent hands. I rarely rave about doctors but Dr Zager deserves all my accolades! He knew exactly and quickly what was going on with my health. I’ve never felt as confident about any doctor and the saddest thing is,I am unable to recall having such a positive experience. Thank you for my new found confidence in doctors! Thank you for your genuine caring and actually listening to your patient. You are a rare breed!

Dr. Zager and his staff was a "breath of fresh air". I have had so many Docs who wrote me off because I am a pretty healthy person. The would just guess and throw a prescription at me. Dr. Zager took the time he had to check and scope, and evaluate my situation. He asked questions and "hmmm'd and uh-huh'd" and came up with concrete instructions that would help. I am thankful for finding him and look forward to a great professional relationship!

Though the wait time was longer than expected or desired, Dr. Zager was fantastic! He saw my son who is four and his bedside manner with children was open and fun yet very thorough.
