My visit with Dr. Moody was exceptional! I waited only 2 minutes and then was seen within 5 minutes of being brought back to the exam room. Dr. Moody had an excellent bedside manner, made me feel very comfortable and did not rush the appointment. Dustin, the Manager of Operations--along with the front office staff--were amazing and very accomodating!

Dr.Moody ordered extra pathology panels without mentioning anything just because I have one family history of thyroid problem. Now I'm charged with hundreds of dollars for multiple blood works that I didn't know I was getting. Patient interaction was horrible. Lacks communication skills. Exam was at most 5min. Highly not recommended.

Dr Moody is celarly a caring and empathetic person. Despite how busy the office was, the first thing he asked me to do was ask me to tell him what's been going on ...and he did not stop me until I was actually finished!

Came in with a list of problems, doctor listened, had his assistants take my blood and then they said they'll call me back to set up another appointment [that I have to pay for].
So went in, paid a Co pay, paid for the blood to be tested, and a week and a half later no call or follow up.
The doctor never addressed my problems and when I asked if I was going to get to talk to him again was told I could ask those questions in the follow up.
Honestly, I feel like I paid to get my blood drawn not to talk to a doctor. . .

This is my second visit to the Community Medical Center and I had a great experience. The staff was very helpful and made my visit go very smoothly. One thing greatly appreciated was that after my first visit the staff provided follow-ups to check on how I was doing. I've never had that kind of service before and appreciated it. Dr. Moody's expertise and great service will keep me returning. Thank you again Dr. Moody and staff!
