Once I got to the doctor I was happy with the service. My only complaints were:
1) the location given by Google maps for the address provided is 5 minutes away from the actual location. Obviously this isn't the office's fault, but you should be aware before you go.
2) I had to fill out all the paperwork I submitted via ZocDoc again once I got to the office.
Otherwise a very pleasant experience!

Great visit! I went in for a routine check-up and a question regarding hair loss. Dr. Lafferty and the staff were all very friendly and helpful, and he offered sound advice to me in a reasonable amount of time.

Dr. Lafferty has participated and served the community of Northwest Arkansas over the past 13 years. After all these years of serving people with compassion in urgent care situations, he is currently building a unique family practice which reflects his heart and dreams of preventative medicine. Protecting people’s lives with true prevention methods is Dr. Lafferty’s mission in life. Prevention is not just a phrase he uses for marketing, but wants to educate, encourage, and empower people to live out their destiny. Bioidentical Hormone Therapy is an over looked method in family practice and is the foundation of Dr. Lafferty’s prevention strategy.

My recent decision to build the Family Medicine side of my practice is because at the end of my life I want to look back and know that I have made a life-changing impact for the people I treat. What we offer at our clinic is about that goal. My Prevention strategies are addressing health from a Sozo aspect. Sozo refers to healing in all levels and not just the physical. The Greek translation means to save, to keep safe and sound, to rescue from danger or destruction, to save one from suffering or perishing, i.e, suffering from disease, to make well, heal, restore to health. This is my passion and goal for the people I engage with.

The front office staff was very polite and professional. They were friendly and helpful when I had a question. Dr Lafferty was kind and considerate and showed great concern. His questions demonstrated a breath of knowledge and that he was very thorough in investigating my health concerns. He voiced a desire to partner with me in my health to prevent future illness.
