Graduated cum laude from Brooklyn College in New York and received a Master of Science Degree from Barry University in Miami. He completed his medical school training at Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine and his foot and ankle surgical residency at St. Francis Medical Center and Parkway Regional Medical Center in Miami.
Prior to joining Orthopadic Associates USA, Dr. Windram was the founder of the three year foot and ankle surgical residency program at Hollywood Medical Center in Florida. He served as Chairman of the Department of Podiatric Surgery at Hollywood Medical and Adjunct Clinical Facility at Temple University and Barry University. He has coordinated numerous research projects with the Podiatric Surgical Residents in South Florida.
Dr.Windram is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, he is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, diplomat of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and a Fellow of the College of Certified Wound Specialist. He is certified to treat workers' compensation patients. Dr. Windram takes care of patients in both Plantation and Miami Lakes. He specializes in the complete medical and surgical care of the foot and ankle, with particular interest in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery.
