Overall, I was happy with the visit (despite my being 15 minutes late). The doctor & staff were friendly, professional and clearly communicated with me on my issues.
Dr. Aziz was wonderful, but I didn't get to see him until 40 minutes after my appointment time. They took me back quickly and took my vitals. But then I had a long wait until an assistant came in to ask a lot of questions, which I had covered in a prior visit several weeks earlier. I had really wanted to see Dr. Aziz, which was too long a wait. Also, it is impossible to reach the scheduling dept on the phone for something as simple as to make an appointment. One ends up having to wait for them to call you back with a time, and if you are on the phone when they call (usually 1-2 days), you need to leave a message and start the process all over again. There needs to be a better way. Even through the portal, there is no comments section to narrow down acceptable times beyond what their inadequate menu provides. GWUH clearly has ZERO RESPECT for patient's time!

Apt was great, however I was given a referal for an urgent ultrasound, the hospital has a 1 month + wait and I have been calling 2/3 x day for the past 4 days and I still can’t get to either speak with someone about it or get a call back from someone that can help me out. The dr seems great but his staff is just terrible, they simply don’t care about calling back their patients and solving their issues. It’s sad to see Drs that act so unprofessionally and show complete disrespect and careless for their clients well being.

Was able to get a telemedicine consult with Dr. Aziz in one day. He was terrific -- listened, answered questions, and seemed to know exactly what I needed. Great visit!

He made recommendations and when I asked about an alternative approach he said yes to my idea with an explanation about what to do if my idea doesn't solve the problem. I really appreciate a doctor who is open to 3xplain or consider other aporoaches Fast and easy without feeling rushed.

Dr. Aziz spent about 60 seconds with me and decided to order a CT scan. Not a thorough exam at all and didn’t feel like my issue was of any particular importance to Dr. Aziz.
Excellent service, thank you!
