The office never received the zocdoc appointment. I'm glad I called a day before the appointment because I had seen comments referencing this (office did not have appt. for another commenter). I waited for quite a while in the lobby and then almost an hour and a half once taken back to the room. I probably saw the doctor 10 minutes, at most. The doctor explained they were having computer issues. This was my first f/u appointment with a specialist and I received very little information about the appropriate care of myself while dealing with the kidney stone for which I was referred to him for by the ER doctor.

I got treated by Dr. Wayne Jr. The wait was a little over an hour. He was alright, but i felt rushed. Also, I still haven't received my results after he told me it would only take about 3 days. Its been 7. When i called over the phone i spoke to two different women and they were tremendously unprofessional and rude. I wouldn't really recommend seeing this dr.'s office.

Absolutely a terrible experience. I arrived 5 minutes early but took 10 min. in line just to check-in. Receptionist insisted I complete numerous forms despite fact I spent considerable time filling out forms on ZocDoc—she said they could not use them!! Then she informed me there would be a long wait but would not quantify how long. Numerous others in waiting room so obvious the appointment would not be honored as booked. I hate that my time & value is disrespected due to incompetence by a proclaimed “professional”. I will find a different urologist.
