I am Wayne Narucki, known to my patients as “Dr. Wayne.” I have been practicing pediatrics for 8 years. I completed my pediatric residency training at Schneider Children's Hospital/LIJ Medical Center in New Hyde Park, NY, in 2004. Born and raised in nearby Hudson County, where I attended North Bergen High School, I received a bachelor's degree in chemistry from Columbia University and my medical degree from UMDNJ-New Jersey Medical School. I am board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and am a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
After completing my residency training, I worked for one year as an attending in the Pediatrics Department at St. Barnabus Hospital in the Bronx. I have, since then, worked with two different pediatric group practices in Bergen County, but am now eager to start a solo practice so that I can better know my patients and their families, ensure continuity of care and have the time to educate and practice preventative medicine.
I currently live in Rutherford with my wife, Carol, our two children, Julia and Wes, and our pet dog Ralphie. I enjoy running, baking and tinkering with things. Spare moments are often spent with my handy father on home improvement projects or with my daughter on artistic or scientific projects.
