Nice staff. Definitely to many appointments booked for any particular time. My appointment time was 1PM, I was called at 2:24 PM, and finally saw the doctor at 3:14 PM.

staff was not diligent in getting out correct information that was needed. I called to confirm my appointment day before and to find out cost as I had no insurance and was not given the entire info that I needed.

The front desk staff was GREAT! The ophthalmologist was nice. The problem was the wait time to see the doc was too long and the time with the doc was probably 10 minutes.

Had a great experience here. After suffering a scratched cornea was able to book a day of appointment and get the issue resolved ASAP. Had me feeling better in no time and would highly recommend.

Dr. Wayne was really prompted.
I was rescheduled a follow up for three months away, which I was excited to go back, but a nurse called me last March to cancel the appointment by leaving me a voicemail, and never offered me a few rescheduled day. So, I called the next day but whom ever was answering the phone that day, I explained I was canceled and would like to get another appointment but she offered it three months away again(even thought I told her the doctor had canceled on me)... So I never made another appointment or gone then again. Too much hassle.

I arrived 30 minutes early and was called within 10 minutes of my scheduled appointment. Was screened by an assistant first then saw Dr. Scott. He noticed I was nervous and went through a breathing excercise with me to help me relax. That was nice. And the reception staff were very friendly also.
